    This where we establish the routine & habits that will form the foundation of your program. This phase we focus on building proper movement patterns, establish baseline strength, dial in our rest & recovery, and start the initial fat cut. The most important phase of your program.

    Phase 2 : Growth (Weeks 12-24)

    Once we’ve developed a routine that fits your schedule & goals we move into Phase 2. Form, tempo & proper weight selection will become second nature, as we carry over into a progressive overload & hypertrophy focused training. This is where you start to build muscle, while burning fat & developing non-negotiable habits that will carry you through the program & beyond.

    Phase 3 : Optimization (weeks 25+)

    During the final phase of the program, and depending on your specific results, we fine tune your physique, address business & character development, & set-up our growth strategy. We’ll establish your maintenance protocol, to ensure that you have long-term results, & are well versed in how to continue this for years to come.
