    This phase we focus on building proper movement patterns, establish baseline strength, and start the initial fat cut and dial in our rest & recovery. Possibly the most important phase as we develop the foundation to proper training & macros.

    Phase 2 : Growth (Weeks 12-24)

    Once form, tempo & proper weight selection are secound nature, we carry over into a progressive overload & hypertrophy focused training system. This is where you start to build serious muscle, while still burning fat.

    Phase 3 : Optimization (weeks 25+)
