  • Common mistake. There is NO way to target fat lose in specific areas of the body. The only way to lose fat is through a caloric deficit. You need a proper macro split to insure you are inducing a metabolic burn phase without muscle degeneration. The idea is NOT to get weaker, but to burn fat and maintain muscle tissue.

  • Balance is a word used by people to justify their lesser results & lower expectations of them selves. With a proper training program & muscle group split. You will have plenty of rest time between those groups. Typically 2-3 days. One active rest day for cardio, core or simply walking is all that required. If you don't know how to set that up, reach out to book a call for your customized program.

  • Simply put, you should be eating every 2 hours. 3 meals & 2 snacks at the minimum. This will help trigger your metabolism to start utilizing the food you're eating instead of storing it. Cut out sugar, processed & refined foods. You also should NOT be eating past 8pm. Natural, healthy fasting is done at night. When the body is producing the most HGH during your REM & Deep sleep cycles.

  • Rule of thumb is 80/20 split between strength training and cardio. Strength training is for EVERYONE!! Stop saying shit like "I don't want to get too big though" YOU WON"T!! Trust me, this takes years. Strength training will kickstart your metabolism as well. Never forget that the key is nutrition. You will NEVER out work a shitty diet.
